I feel I just have to let you know how very pleased and satisfied I am with the ‘Phantom Screens’ you installed for me, a great job, even more so due to the very disappointing experience I had with a prior installation from a different company, what a disaster that was. Thank goodness I went to that ‘Home Show’ and saw the difference between your professional work and their shoddy effort. I must thank you also for the follow- up service you give, it is much appreciated. I have told others of the above differences hoping they won’t make the same mistake that I did first time around. My ‘Phantom Screen’ is such a pleasurable treat during hot summer days, thank you again.

In today’s mail I received a card from you “Spring is coming” with advise to clean the tracks and lubricate our screen door with Silicone spray. I said to my wife that I must buy some silicone spray. She responded by saying she had some, and she produced the can she received from you when the door was installed. First I knew about it! The job has been done and I want to thank you for your card. We are well satisfied with our screen and appreciate your contact. You can be sure we will recommend your product and services whenever the situation arises.

We have responded with a letter of apology and a cheque for $100. There was a breakdown in communication which arose out of Mr & Mrs Kermack wishing to use their own electrician for the final hook-up of their motorized screen. We offered to pay for those services when an invoice was received. Bottom line we failed by not staying in contact with Mr & Mrs Kermack...their feedback is sincerely appreciated. Our goal is a 100% positive ‘Phantom Experience’... if we fall short, we strive to make amends, then work harder not to.

Purchased our Phantom Screen door 2 yrs ago. It’s fabulous. Thinking of getting another one fairly soon. Many of our friends bought one after seeing ours & how it works. Twice our dog (Beagle) ran through the screen, we thought it was ruined, but each time the self repairing process worked perfectly.

We purchased our initial Phantom Screen door because of its neatness of installation, solid design construction. We have since purchased additional doors and are still very impressed with the quality of design and after sales follow-up.
